I found the location very convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. I also liked that it was near public transportation. the room size felt generous compared to other hotels i've stayed at. the breakfast offered a good variety, with both japanese and western options.
the air conditioning felt a bit too strong, and i couldn't easily adjust it to my preference.

the standard queen room was well-appointed. the bed was comfortable. the location is very convenient (it's close to many tourist spots!). the staff helped us book a restaurant reservation.
The room was not cleaned perfectly. There was some hair on the toilet floor.

i appreciated the helpful hotel staff they assisted with luggage transfers and addressed inquiries about my stay. the room was noticeably clean and spacious when compared to other hotels i visited in japan. the complimentary coffee provided was a nice touch and i found it quite convenient. also the hotel's accessibility to public transportation was excellent.
